Theon and Ansonet’s wedding took place a few weeks ago. The black tie evening wedding took place at The Park House of Event 7 in Hyde Park.

The venue was just perfect for the wedding. The huge white reception hall was decked out in white for the evening reception. The mezzanine level had been draped in black for a dark candle lit ceremony, and the gorgeous outside deck was just perfect for drinks before dinner started.

I was there to take photos of the decor, the ceremony, some family photos and a bit of the drinks.

After the ceremony we did took some family photos against a backdrop, and then it was time for a few couple photos.

My heart sank when we walked outside and I realised how dark it was, but I’m so glad Theon and Annie trusted me enough to follow me into the parking lot. I’d noticed that the view from the top of the parking lot was incredible and I knew that the sunset would be fabulous.

Well, we’d missed the sunset by the time we got outside but the dusk was absolutely perfect for a few shots!

When we got back inside, we used the fairy lights and the black backdrop in the ceremony space for a few more shots before we joined the guests for drinks.
