Little Isla’s christening took place on Sunday morning in the most gorgeous church in Craighall Park. The St Martin de Porres Catholic Church is really beautiful with stunning stained glass windows.
You may remember Isla from her newborn shoot that I did in December. It’s so special to get asked to take photos of clients families again and to see how the kids are growing. It’s especially special to take photos at a christening.
Isla is 10 months old now and crawling up a storm!
Isla is a curious little bean who did not want to sit on her mom’s lap. The stairs were much more exciting, and she just wanted to see where the priest had gone. She was quite happy to sit on the steps for the rest of the sermon.
After the ceremony ended, I met the family at La Vie en Rose in Killarney for a few photos in the garden before they had lunch.
