J was 3 weeks old when I met him and his family for a natural newborn lifestyle shoot at their home in Parktown.
The photoshoot was organised on a weekend when his grandparents were visiting from out of town so that they could get family photos too. I love that idea… I actually love taking photos of grandparents and their new little grandbabies.
We started the shoot in the bedroom for a few shots on the bed, it is easier to take photos in the master bedroom because the light is generally good and the bed is a good size for photos. The bed is also big enough to play around with shots with big sisters!
Isn’t J just adorable? He was already 5kg at 3 weeks old.
Then we moved to the garden for photos with the extended family.
